How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to addresses in the UK. Any exceptions for specific areas are listed on our Delivery page.
How long will delivery take?
Current processing and delivery times are on our Delivery page. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. How to let us know and send the item back is explained on our Returns & refunds page.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to the payment method you used for your order. Timescales are on our Returns & refunds page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order hasn't been dispatched, we can usually change or cancel it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify.
